About this tool

Questions and answers
What is split toning?
Split toning colors the shadows and highlights differently. Set the midtones intensity to zero and pick two colors for shadows and highlights.
Why are deep shadows only lightly colored?
Very dark tones can only hold a little color before they stop looking dark. The grade is kept within what a screen can show, which keeps shadows clean.
