Using the tools
You may use ImgImage for free, for personal or commercial work. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.
Your content
Your files stay on your device and remain yours. Because we never receive them, you are responsible for having the right to edit, convert or publish the images you work with, and for how you use the results.
Acceptable use
- Don’t use the tools to create content that is illegal, or that infringes someone else’s rights.
- Don’t try to disrupt the site, overload it on purpose, or access parts of it that are not meant to be public.
- Don’t pass off the site, or a copy of it, as your own service.
No warranty
The tools are provided “as is”. We work hard to make them accurate and reliable, but we can’t promise they will be free of errors, always available, or suitable for a particular purpose. Keep a copy of your original files, and check results that matter, such as print sizes, measurements and document photos, before relying on them.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using, or being unable to use, the site — including lost files, lost data or lost profits.
Third-party services and software
The site is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare, and we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views; the privacy policy explains what that involves. The site’s availability also depends on that service.
The tools include open-source software and AI models, used under the licenses listed on the open-source licenses page. AI results such as background removal are automatic estimates: check them before you rely on them.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, and continuing to use the site means you accept it.
