About this tool
Hide faces before you share a photo. A face detector finds every face automatically, including small faces in the back of group photos and crowds, and covers them with blur, pixels, a solid color or an emoji.
Every face gets an editable box: move it, resize it from a corner, delete it, or drag on the photo to cover a face, a license plate or anything else by hand. Padding grows the boxes so hair and chins are covered too.

Questions and answers
Can a blurred face be restored?
Strong blur and large pixels remove the detail for good in the saved file. For the safest result use Solid or Emoji, which replace the face completely.
What if a face isn’t detected?
Raise the sensitivity to find smaller or turned faces, or drag on the photo to add a box yourself. Faces seen from the side or behind sunglasses and masks are the hardest to detect.
Does it upload my photo?
No. Face detection runs in your browser with a small model, and the photo never leaves your device.
