About this tool
Lay a solid color or a two-color gradient over your images, with an opacity and a blend mode. Normal gives a classic color filter, Multiply darkens, Screen lightens, and Color recolors while keeping the shading.
Transparent areas stay transparent, so you can tint logos and cutouts as well as photos.

Questions and answers
Which blend mode should I use?
Normal with 20–40% opacity gives a gentle color filter. Soft light and Overlay add color and contrast, and Color turns the image into the chosen color while keeping its light and shadow.
Can I make a gradient overlay?
Yes. Choose Gradient, pick two colors and set the angle.
