About this tool

Print polar coordinate paper with concentric circles and angle lines. Choose the paper size, the number of circles, the angle between spokes, which lines are bold, and angle labels in degrees or radians.

The PDF and SVG are vector files at the exact paper size, so the grid stays sharp on any printer. Print at 100% (actual size) to keep the spacing accurate. You can also put two or four smaller grids on one page.

  • Works on your device. Nothing is uploaded.
  • Free, with no sign-up and no watermark.
  • No limits on file count or size beyond what your device can handle.

Questions and answers

How do I print it at the right size?

Open the PDF and print at actual size or 100% scale, not “fit to page”. The page size in the PDF matches the paper you chose.

Why don’t the thin lines reach the center?

Near the center the spokes would merge into a dark blot, so the thin ones start where they are at least 1.2 mm apart. Bold lines always run to the center.

Can I get radian labels?

Yes. Choose Radians to label the angles as fractions of π, such as π/6 and 3π/2.

Is Polar Graph Paper free?

Yes. Every tool on ImgImage is free to use, with no sign-up, no watermark and no limit on how many files you process.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes. It works in any modern browser on phones, tablets and computers. Large files are processed faster on a computer.
