About this tool
Create striped backgrounds with up to six colors, each with its own width, at any angle. Download a full-size image, or a small seamless tile that repeats without visible joins.
For angled stripes the tile size is calculated so the stripes line up exactly across the edges; the angle is nudged slightly if needed, and the tool tells you when it does. The equivalent CSS is shown below the preview.

Questions and answers
What is a seamless tile?
A small image whose right edge continues its left edge and whose bottom continues its top. Repeated as a background, it covers any area without visible seams.
Can I use the stripes in CSS?
Yes. Copy the repeating-linear-gradient from the CSS box, or use the downloaded tile as a background image.
