About this tool

Questions and answers
Can I make a semi-transparent color image?
Yes. Lower the opacity and save as PNG, WebP or SVG. JPG and BMP don’t support transparency, so they are saved over white.
Why is the PNG file so small?
A single color compresses extremely well. PNGs from this tool are written directly with only the color data, so even a 4K image is usually well under 100 KB.
