About this tool

How do I post a vertical photo in a landscape format?
Choose 16:9 and download: the full photo sits in the middle with a blurred copy filling the sides.
Will the photo lose quality?
With “Keep the photo’s resolution” the photo is not scaled at all; only the background is added. Choosing a fixed size scales the whole result to that size.
