About this tool
Make the bright parts of a photo radiate light. Areas brighter than the threshold bleed a soft glow into their surroundings, like light blooming in a camera lens, which works beautifully on city lights, sunsets and neon signs.
Change the radius and intensity, raise the threshold so only the brightest spots glow, or tint the glow with a color of your choice.

Questions and answers
Why doesn’t my photo glow?
Only areas brighter than the threshold glow. Lower the threshold for darker photos, or raise the intensity.
Can I give the glow a color?
Yes. Turn on “Colored glow” and pick a color; the brightness of the light is kept and only its color changes.
Is Glow free?
