Twist an image around a point for a whirlpool effect. Set the twist angle and the radius, and drag on the preview to move the center. The twist is strongest in the middle and fades out smoothly toward the edge of the circle.
Positive angles twist clockwise, negative angles counterclockwise, and several full turns are possible.
